Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of our website and its online contact and quote-request features. Actual moving and transportation services may be governed by additional estimates, confirmations, contracts, bills of lading, and other legally required documents.

Effective & Last Updated: September 25, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions. These Terms do not waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived and do not replace any mandatory federal or state requirements applicable to an actual move.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of amirisediqigroup.com, operated for Amiri & Sediqi Moving LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website, you represent that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms or are using the website with appropriate authorization.

2. Website Information Is Not a Moving Contract

The website provides general information about our business and enables users to contact us or request information regarding moving and transportation services.

Website descriptions, advertisements, examples, forms, automated confirmations, or general statements do not by themselves create a moving contract, reservation, guarantee, or binding commitment.

An actual service transaction may require separate written documentation and may be subject to additional legally required terms and disclosures.

3. Services

Services described on the website may include residential moving, commercial and office moving, local moving, longer-distance moving, apartment and house moving, furniture moving, loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, and delivery or transportation services.

Availability depends upon the particular request, locations, schedule, equipment, staffing, scope of work, access conditions, and applicable legal or transportation requirements.

Displaying a service on this website does not guarantee that we can accept every requested job, location, route, item, or date.

4. Quote Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submission of a website quote form is a request for information or evaluation only.

Unless separately confirmed by the Company, submitting a form does not:

  • Reserve a moving date or time;
  • Create a contract;
  • Guarantee availability;
  • Guarantee acceptance of the requested move;
  • Guarantee a particular crew or vehicle; or
  • Establish final pricing.

5. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Preliminary website communications or price discussions may depend on information supplied by the customer and should not be treated as a final or binding estimate unless expressly identified as such in appropriate documentation.

Pricing and service requirements may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Actual inventory or quantity of items;
  • Size, weight, or characteristics of items where applicable;
  • Pickup and delivery locations;
  • Travel distance;
  • Stairs, elevators, or long carries;
  • Parking or building restrictions;
  • Access conditions;
  • Packing or unpacking requirements;
  • Special handling;
  • Additional labor or services requested;
  • Changes to the scope of work; and
  • Other circumstances relevant to the requested service.

For services subject to laws governing estimates, tariffs, charges, or other transportation documentation, those requirements control.

6. Customer Information Must Be Accurate

Customers are responsible for providing reasonably complete and accurate information when requesting or arranging service.

Materially incomplete or inaccurate information may affect pricing, scheduling, equipment requirements, staffing, or our ability to perform the requested service.

Customers should disclose unusual circumstances before service, including oversized or unusually heavy items, difficult access, building restrictions, fragile or high-value property, and other conditions reasonably relevant to planning the move.

7. Scheduling and Availability

Dates and times submitted through the website are requested dates only until separately confirmed.

Scheduling may be affected by availability, traffic, weather, access conditions, prior jobs, mechanical problems, emergencies, governmental restrictions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Any service-specific scheduling commitment is governed by the applicable written service documents and applicable law.

8. Property Access and Customer Authorization

A customer requesting service represents that the customer has authority to authorize access to the relevant premises and to request transportation or handling of the property presented for service.

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary building, parking, elevator, loading-zone, property-owner, management, or other permissions applicable to their location unless otherwise expressly agreed.

9. Unsafe Conditions

Safety is a condition of service. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may decline, pause, modify, or discontinue work when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk to personnel, customers, property, vehicles, equipment, or the public.

Examples may include dangerous access conditions, violence or threats, uncontrolled animals, hazardous materials, unsafe structures, severe weather, or instructions that cannot lawfully or safely be performed.

10. Prohibited, Hazardous, or Restricted Items

Customers must not knowingly tender illegal, dangerous, hazardous, explosive, highly flammable, or otherwise prohibited materials for ordinary transportation.

Certain items may require advance disclosure, special handling, different arrangements, or may not be accepted.

Customers should ask us before presenting any item when there is uncertainty regarding whether it can safely or lawfully be moved.

11. Valuables and Sensitive Property

Customers should personally secure and transport items such as cash, currency, negotiable instruments, passports, identity documents, jewelry, medications, keys, financial records, irreplaceable personal documents, and other highly sensitive or unusually valuable property unless a different arrangement is expressly accepted in writing.

Customers should disclose items requiring unusual handling before the service begins.

12. Packing and Customer-Packed Items

Customers who pack their own property are responsible for using containers and packing methods reasonably suitable for the items being transported.

The treatment of loss or damage involving customer-packed property, concealed damage, inherent defects, or inadequate packing is subject to the applicable service agreement and governing law. Nothing in these Website Terms eliminates liability that applicable law does not permit the Company to disclaim.

13. Existing Damage and Condition of Property

Customers should identify known pre-existing damage or unusually fragile conditions before handling begins.

Where appropriate, the Company or customer may document the condition of property before, during, or after service through written notes, inventory records, photographs, video, or other reasonable documentation, subject to applicable law.

14. Loss, Damage, and Liability

Liability for loss of or damage to property during an actual move is governed by applicable law and the estimates, valuation selections, bills of lading, service agreements, or other documentation applicable to the particular service.

Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict a customer's non-waivable rights or impose a limitation prohibited by applicable federal or state law.

Customers should review all applicable valuation, liability, insurance, and claims information provided for their particular service before signing service documents.

15. Claims and Documentation

Any claim relating to an actual moving or transportation service should be reported promptly and handled according to the procedures, documentation requirements, and legally applicable deadlines governing that service.

Customers should retain relevant contracts, estimates, receipts, inventories, photographs, communications, and other documentation.

These Website Terms do not shorten a legally required claims period or create a different claims deadline where applicable law controls.

16. Interstate and Longer-Distance Moves

Longer-distance and interstate moving requests are subject to availability and applicable transportation requirements.

The appearance of “long-distance moving” on this website does not represent that every route or interstate service is available or authorized.

When a service is subject to federal interstate household-goods requirements, applicable federal requirements and the legally required transportation documents govern.

17. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment methods, deposits, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, refund eligibility, minimum charges, and payment timing, if applicable, will be governed by the specific quote, estimate, confirmation, service agreement, invoice, or other documentation associated with the particular service.

Unless expressly stated in service-specific documentation, this website does not itself establish a deposit, cancellation fee, refund policy, or payment schedule.

18. Conduct Toward Personnel

Customers and other persons present at a service location are expected to maintain a reasonably safe environment and refrain from violence, threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination, intentional interference, or other conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk.

Subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, service may be paused or discontinued when continuing would create an unreasonable safety risk.

19. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful website information, but website content may contain errors, become outdated, or change without advance notice.

Service-specific written documentation controls over inconsistent general website descriptions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that this website will always operate without interruption, delay, error, malicious activity, or technical problems.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, maintain, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to or use services provided by independent third parties.

We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or separate contractual terms merely because a link appears on our website.

22. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials, the Company's original website branding, text, graphics, design elements, and other original content are owned by or used with authorization by Amiri & Sediqi Moving LLC and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

Website content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

23. Prohibited Website Uses

You may not knowingly use the website to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading information;
  • Impersonate another person or organization;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information;
  • Introduce malware or malicious code;
  • Interfere with website operation or security;
  • Harvest information through unauthorized automated methods;
  • Abuse website forms or communications; or
  • Infringe the rights of the Company or another person.

24. Website Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that general website information will satisfy every user's particular requirements or that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

This disclaimer concerns the website. It does not eliminate obligations or warranties that cannot legally be excluded from an actual moving or transportation service.

25. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amiri & Sediqi Moving LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to access, the website where such limitation is legally enforceable.

This website limitation does not replace the liability rules applicable to an actual shipment or moving service and does not restrict liability where applicable law prohibits such restriction.

26. Indemnification for Misuse of the Website

To the extent permitted by law, a user who intentionally or unlawfully misuses the website agrees to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising directly from that user's unlawful conduct, fraudulent submissions, infringement, or material violation of these Website Terms.

This provision is not intended to impose responsibility on a consumer for losses caused by the Company's own conduct where applicable law does not permit such responsibility to be shifted.

27. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Website operation and service performance may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, governmental actions, emergencies, widespread utility or communications failures, labor disruptions, cyber incidents, or other extraordinary circumstances.

The legal effect of any such event on an actual service agreement will be determined by the applicable agreement and governing law.

28. Privacy

Use of information submitted through the website is addressed in our Privacy Policy .

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Website Terms when our website, business practices, services, or applicable requirements change.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date displayed on the updated page and do not retroactively alter an existing service agreement except as permitted by that agreement and applicable law.

30. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without purporting to eliminate mandatory consumer, transportation, or other legal protections that may apply.

31. Severability

If a provision of these Website Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not necessarily affect the remaining provisions, which will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Website Terms on one occasion does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

33. Entire Website Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing use of this website.

They do not replace a separate estimate, bill of lading, order for service, moving contract, invoice, or other document governing an actual service transaction.
